Service Description

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is one of the most useful and noninvasive measurements of how your nervous system as a whole is responding to stress at a given time. Your body's response to stress is just as important as the stressor itself. Activation of the stress response is essential, but chronic activation is associated with increased systemic inflammation and many health conditions (anxiety, depression, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, etc.). In this session you will get oriented with your own HRV-measuring device, learn about how to start taking your own data, and how to make actionable decisions with it. Start with your orientation and schedule check-ins periodically as necessary. We will have an online dashboard to see how you're doing remotely!
