A functional core includes superficial and deep muscles of the abdomen, back, side-body, pelvic floor, and diaphragm. This clip is a supine sequence that targets the deep transverse abdominus, outer rectus abdominus, lateral obliques, and psoas (linking the trunk and lower body).
